I will prepare your item after payment has been received, which may be anywhere from 24-48 hours after your order is placed. After placing an order, please allow approximately 14 days for your order to be shipped, especially if it is made to order. After that time, your order could take anywhere from 3-7 days to ship to you, depending on your location and the shipping option you chose. If I expect orders to be delayed beyond 14 days ahead of time, I will post updates on my Instagram page. Should your order to be late unexpectedly, I will notify you, as well as include a little gift for your patience.

Shipping times may vary once your package is in the hands of the Post. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do once your package is no longer in my possession. If you’re concerned about your shipment, I can always double check to make sure the information on the label is correct, but I cannot do anything beyond that. Please get in touch with USPS with your tracking number if your order is delayed!

If you need an item on or before a specific date, please send me an email before placing your order to make sure I can have your piece done in time.

As all of my items are handmade to order, some things may come out different than you had expected them to. I do not accept full returns, but I am happy to work with you if you aren’t happy with your piece. Please send me an email so we can work toward an outcome that is positive for both of us.
