How can I get a custom piece?

Please fill out the form on my contact page, found here. Make sure you provide as much information as possible so I can quickly get to work on your piece. You may also contact me directly through Instagram if you prefer- there is a link to my profile in the contact page as well.

How can I pay for your work?

I accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. You can select how you’d like to pay at checkout. If you’d like to pay in multiple installments for your order, please get in contact with me. I don’t accept payments for purchases outside of my website, though you can leave me a tip through PayPal if you feel so inclined.

What tools do you use?

My burner is by Razertip, and I highly recommend their products. Most of my wood comes from Walnut Hollow, who also makes burning tools that can fit a variety of budgets and skill levels. I use a wide variety of acrylic and watercolor paints for my pieces, as well as wood stains and sealers that you can find at ay hardware store. I suggest you try out different mediums and tools to see what works best for you, trial and error is the best way to grow.

When is the next shop update?

Shop updates are generally random, but I try my best to create new offerings every month or so. Some new pieces are released as they’re finished, and aren’t included in a full collection. To see the newest date and keep up with one-off pieces, check out my Instagram. I will often have a timer in my stories there with a countdown to the next update, which you can turn on reminders for. All release times are in EST.

How long does shipping take?

For custom and made to order pieces, turnaround time is about two weeks from the time I receive your payment to the time I ship your piece. Occasionally it will take me more or less time than that, so if you need your piece by a specific date, please let me know before placing your order to make sure I can get it done in time. Ready to ship items, like everything available in new releases, usually ship within a week. Once your item is in the hands of the Post, I am not responsible for the time it takes to arrive. If you’re having issues with USPS I highly recommend contacting them with your tracking info first, however, I am always happy to help if I can, so don’t be afraid to reach out to me as well.

Do you ship worldwide?

I do ship internationally. Please select the international shipping option at checkout. I do not offer anything other than USPS First Class for international packages- if you need anything shipped priority, please send me an email or DM on Instagram and I will calculate a shipping price for you.
